Our team upgraded the powertrain ECU, shut down the EGR system, provided a DPF problem solution, and modified the DPF exhaust. The result? Power increased by +38~42 ps, torque increased by 10.5~12.0 kgm, and maximum horsepower increased to 200 ps. Arm movement is faster and smoother, engine operating temperature is stable, and fuel consumption is significantly reduced.
With smoother exhaust of high-temperature gases, the lifespan of engine components is extended. Operators also notice the difference—jobs are completed faster, fuel consumption is better.
