PakGent Conical centrifuge tubes are essential tools in laboratories, used to separate different components of liquid mixtures based on their density. The conical bottom centrifuge test tubes are made of plastic or glass and come in a variety of sizes and they are designed to withstand high speeds and g-forces, making them ideal for use in centrifuges. When using a centrifuge, the tubes should be filled with a sample and balanced with an equal weight of the same material in the opposite tube. The centrifugal force causes the denser components to settle at the bottom of the tube and the lighter components to remain at the top, allowing the components of the sample to be separated and analyzed individually.
